Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers seeks a Campus Coordinator at the Southeast Campus in Plymouth, MA to provide direction, problem-solving, and supervision for school-hour shifts across campus. You will train staff, plan and assign work, ensure safety and treatment protocols, respond to crises, and maintain documentation and reporting while collaborating with the Principal and clinical departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program experience with supervisory duties.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, problem-solving and support to staff on campus during school hours.
• Train and supervise staff, plan and direct work, and ensure safety and program standards.
• Respond to crises on campus and coordinate with administrators.
• Maintain timely reports, reviews and required documentation.
• Schedule shifts, monitor staffing levels and advise on crisis procedures.
