Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a operations-focused professional to support Youth Programs across the fleet. You will assist with daily shipboard and shoreside tasks, coordinate purchasing, inventory, and travel arrangements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and program quality.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and process improvement while aligning with Carnival’s standards and guest experience goals.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Adaptable and able to handle changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Support fleetwide daily operations for Youth Programs.
• Oversee planning and procurement of Youth Programs supplies and manage vendor relations.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Monitor quality and adherence to Carnival standards.
• Provide administrative support and assist with travel and onboarding tasks.
• Lead planning and logistics for shipboard leadership conferences.
