Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Supervisor, Entertainment- Programming and Operations, to support the Senior Manager of Entertainment Experience across a 29-ship fleet. You will oversee programming, operations, inventory, vendor relations, and scheduling to deliver high-quality experiences aligned with Carnival’s standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; cruise industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs and programming guidelines for Entertainment Experience.
• Support inventory management and vendor relationships to optimize costs.
• Collaborate with shoreside and shipboard teams on scheduling and programming initiatives.
• Evaluate guest demographics and itinerary planning to tailor entertainment offerings.
• Oversee coordination of resources for fleet-wide entertainment programs.
