Job summary

Silversea is seeking energetic Cruise Staff – Activities to deliver engaging daytime and evening programs aboard our luxury ships. You will plan, host, and participate in a range of onboard activities while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

This role also includes youth coordination duties when younger guests are onboard, creating safe, entertaining programs for children and teens, and coordinating with speakers, tours, and events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of entertainment or hospitality experience in a 5-star or international environment.
• Experience working with children and youth programs.
• Valid STCW certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and host a wide range of onboard activities and events.
• Engage guests with a friendly, positive presence and high service standards.
• Manage daily activity schedules, logistics, and prize/supply coordination.
• Host events, introduce speakers, and accompany special tours.
• During voyages with youth onboard, oversee youth coordination programs for children and teens.

We are looking for energetic and guest-focused Cruise Staff to deliver engaging daytime and evening activities while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. This role also includes youth coordination duties when younger guests are onboard.

Position Summary

Responsible for delivering high-quality entertainment, social activities, and interactive programs for guests, while supporting youth activities and maintaining company standards.

Role Overview

Plan, coordinate, and host a wide range of onboard activities and events, including sports, games, trivia, enrichment sessions, and social gatherings.

Engage proactively with guests by maintaining a friendly, positive, and approachable presence, ensuring all activities run smoothly and meet high service standards.

Manage daily activity schedules, support event logistics, and assist with administrative duties, inventory, and coordination of prizes and supplies.

Host events, introduce speakers or shows, accompany special tours, and actively socialize with guests to enhance their onboard experience.

During voyages with younger guests, take on youth coordination responsibilities, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment through creative and educational programs for children and teens.

Respond promptly to guest feedback, resolve concerns efficiently, and uphold a strong focus on guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in entertainment or hospitality within a 5-star or international environment
• Experience working with children and youth programs
• Valid STCW certification
