Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Coordinator, Youth Programs to support youth and family experiences across Carnival’s US fleet. You will coordinate daily operations, manage purchasing, inventory, vendor relations and administrative tasks to ensure high-quality shipboard programs.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in a similar role, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years in similar operational or youth programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with Excel
• Cruise ship experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support fleetwide daily operations for Youth Programs and ensure standards, efficiencies, safety protocols, and policies are maintained.
• Oversee purchasing, logistics, vendor relations, and shipment coordination.
• Manage inventory, forecast low stock, and visit warehouse quarterly.
• Monitor quality of youth supplies and ensure branding standards.
• Provide administrative support and assist with travel and onboarding tasks.
• Lead planning and logistics for shipboard leadership conferences.
