Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Bay & Lakes Region in Sturgeon Bay is seeking a full-time Youth Program Coordinator to lead engaging programs and build meaningful relationships with youth. You’ll create a safe, inclusive environment, respond to behavioral challenges with empathy, and work with families to support youth success.

The role emphasizes supervision, program planning, and collaboration with staff, with opportunities for professional development and leadership growth.

• Ability to plan and lead engaging youth programs.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, supportive relationships with youth and serve as a role model.
• Plan, prepare, and lead engaging lessons and programs.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment where youth feel encouraged to grow.
• Respond to challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
• Support staff in addressing behaviors and ensure Club expectations are followed.
• Partner with staff and families to support youth success.
• Monitor and evaluate programs to meet youth needs and goals.
• Coordinate with community organizations to expand programming.
