Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Bay & Lakes Region in Sturgeon Bay is seeking a part-time Youth Advocate. You will support youth through engagement and intervention, helping them develop essential life skills. This role involves working collaboratively with the Emotional Wellness team to provide tailored interventions.

To be considered, you should have at least 1 year of experience working with youth, possess a compassionate and flexible attitude, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with starting pay at $17/hour.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with youth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Experience using behavioral management techniques.
