Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley seeks a Unit Coordinator to partner with the Unit/Program Director and manage daily operations at school-based sites. You will support program delivery, facilities, data collection, and youth development outcomes while fostering safe, inclusive environments and strong caregiver relationships.

Role focuses on leadership of staff, collaboration with internal teams, and ongoing program improvement with a commitment to equity and trauma-informed practices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in education, human services or related field preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar setting with activity supervision.
• Understanding youth development, behavior management, outcome evaluation and program management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with the Unit/Program Director to deliver programs and services.
• Lead staff and support youth development outcomes with effective behavior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, ensure grant compliance, and maintain data records.
• Promote equity and trauma-informed practices, and build community partnerships.
