Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley seeks an Unit Coordinator to partner with the Unit/Program Director to manage daily operations at school‑based Club sites. You will focus on programs, service delivery, facilities, and data collection to support youth development outcomes.

You will lead program staff, foster partnerships with caregivers and community partners, and ensure equitable, trauma‑informed practices while aligning with the organization’s mission and goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred in Education or Human Services.
• 2 years’ experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar program supervision.
• Understanding youth development, behavior management, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at school-based sites with emphasis on programs and service delivery.
• Coordinate with Unit/Program Director to implement and evaluate programs.
• Promote equity and trauma‑informed practices in daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records, data collection/entry and grant compliance.
• Lead and develop program staff and foster teamwork and collaboration.
