Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and support program execution.
• Lead and support staff to ensure strong performance and engagement.
• Plan activities focused on academic success, health & wellness, and character development.
• Ensure staff follow schedules, expectations, and guidelines.
• Build positive relationships with youth through daily engagement.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
• Address youth behaviors using guidance strategies.
• Conduct weekly team meetings and communicate expectations.
• Oversee attendance tracking, documentation, and incident reporting.
• Maintain records of programming and participation.
• Communicate with families regarding youth progress and concerns.
• Build relationships with community partners.
• Ensure facilities and supplies are maintained.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Transport youth using agency vehicles as required.
