Job summary

Qualifications

• Combination of a bachelor’s degree and youth work experience.
• Clean driving record and active driver’s license required.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff and ensure daily contacts with youth.
• Coordinate trainings and on the job training for staff.
• Maintain communications with Program Director and Youth Trackers.
• Conduct face-to-face daily contacts with youth at locations.
• Enter data into JTS and ETO promptly and accurately.
• Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and security.
• Document discharge information for youth promptly.
• Respond to youth crises and notify director immediately.
