Job summary

Southwest Key Programs seeks a Youth Tracker to perform daily contact with youth and support adherence to each youth's service plan across multiple locations in Georgia. The role requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

The ideal candidate will maintain accurate documentation, enter data into JTS and ETO, and respond promptly to crises while promoting youth accountability and safety. Travel across GA counties is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 3 months working with youth or related field.
• Clean driving record with valid license and vehicle insurance.
• Criminal background check by the Georgia DJJ required.
• Ability to obtain First Aid Certification (CPR).
• Reliable transportation for youth tracking required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face daily contacts with youth at various locations.
• Enter data promptly into JTS and ETO systems.
• Notify Program Director of youth crises or incidents immediately.
• Provide crisis intervention and administer first aid when necessary.
• Assist with youth activities and provide staff relief as needed.
• Assist with on-the-job training of new staff.
