Job summary

Southwest Key Programs seeks a Lead Youth Tracker to supervise staff, conduct daily youth contacts, and support the Program Director. The role requires flexible hours, on-call duties, and accurate data entry into JTS and ETO systems. You will help maintain safety, motivate youth, and assist with incident follow-up.

Responsibilities include ensuring trainings, supervising staff, and coordinating activities across locations, with emphasis on youth advocacy and crisis response.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff and ensure daily contacts with youth.
• Maintain GPS unit inventory and data entry into JTS/ETO.
• Provide advocacy and coordinate activities across sites.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents promptly.
