Job summary

Southwest Key Programs is seeking a Youth Tracker to perform daily face-to-face contacts with youth, working across multiple sites in Conyers and Athens. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

The Youth Tracker will support youth under service plans, maintain accurate records, and enter data into the JTS and ETO systems, with a focus on safety and accountability. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with experience working with youth and families (or related field).
• Must maintain clean driving record and possess a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Clear background check and drug screen as per program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face daily contacts with youth at various locations.
• Manage behaviors using programmatic and individual structure.
• Develop and maintain youth-supportive relationships focusing on accountability.
• Complete required discharge and case documentation accurately and promptly.
• Enter data into JTS and ETO systems in a timely manner.
