Job summary

Southwest Key Programs is seeking a Youth Tracker to perform daily face-to-face contacts with youth across multiple locations. The role requires maintaining programmatic structures to manage youth behavior and documenting discharge information accurately and promptly.

The position involves data entry into JTS and ETO, notifying supervisors of incidents, and providing youth advocacy in health, education, and vocational areas. It also requires long travel across GA counties and on-call flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Good verbal and writing skills.
• Ability to manage conflict and perform well in crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face daily contacts with youth at various locations.
• Manage behaviors through programmatic and individual structure.
• Develop helping relationships emphasizing youth accountability.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely, including discharge information.
• Enter data into JTS and ETO systems.
• Notify Program Director of youth crises or incidents.
• Provide staff relief and be available for on-call duties.
• Assist with youth advocacy in health, education, vocation, legal and family work.
• Provide crisis intervention and administer first aid when necessary.
