• Conduct face to face daily contacts at various locations with youth assigned.
• Manage behaviors through programmatic and individual structure.
• Develop and maintain helping relationships emphasizing youth accountability.
• Complete required documentation including discharge information accurately and timely.
• Enter data into JTS and ETO; keep youth files up to date.
• Notify supervisor in case of crisis or incident; maintain punctual attendance.
• Provide staff relief and assist with youth activities as needed.
• Advocate for youth in health, education, vocation and family work.
