Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Youth Program Manager to lead a pivotal team of Guides at select campuses, including Raleigh, NC. You will coach leaders, drive student-centered outcomes, and build a culture of excellence through data-informed coaching and performance management.

Your role focuses on developing high-performing teams, delivering life-skills workshops, and ensuring ambitious learning goals are achieved in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
