Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Program Manager to build and lead a team that delivers exceptional student experiences across campuses. You will coach Guides, run life skills workshops, and motivate students to reach ambitious goals.

Your success will be measured by student experience, team performance, and adherence to uncompromising standards. The role emphasizes leading new campus launches, data-driven decisions, and leadership in a non-traditional education model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Leading life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Using data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses with a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
