Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Program Manager to lead high-performing Guides, coach life-skills workshops, and drive student outcomes across campuses.

This full-time, benefits-eligible role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and a track record of building teams; relocation support is available as Alpha expands its network and opens new campuses in multiple markets, including Boston, Raleigh, NYC, Orange County, and Santa Barbara.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years in education, coaching, or leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Proven ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with children ages 5-14 in educational or coaching setting.
• Willingness to help open a new campus from zero.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals within self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
