Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid, CPR for adult/child/infant within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to plan and lead activities for school-age children.

Responsibilities

• Nurture children with purposeful programming to foster achievement and belonging.
• Maintain safe supervision ratios and ensure no unsupervised time.
• Use positive behavior guidance and redirection.
• Engage parents and involve volunteers; communicate effectively with families.
• Attend trainings and follow YMCA policies including safety and reporting.
