Rite of Passage is hiring a Human Resources Assistant at The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, Arkansas. You will support day-to-day HR operations, assist with new hire processing, employee records and HR documentation while keeping information confidential.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year in an office setting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs; the ability to pass background checks is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year experience in an office environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, Google Docs, and other computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• The Human Resources Assistant works directly with the Human Resources Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of the HR Department.
• This position assists with the new hire processing, employee records, HR documentation, and general administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assists with the new hire process, including compiling personnel file information, conducting employment verifications, and advising employees of missing documentation required for employment.
