Job summary

Rite of Passage seeks a Group Supervisor at The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, AR. You will oversee Coach Counselors and Night Coach Counselors, ensuring daily schedules and safety for youth on a 4/3 or 3/4 rotation.

You will model ROP programming, supervise staff, and respond to emergencies with sound judgment. A high school diploma is required; 1 year with at-risk youth preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with at-risk youth.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Must pass criminal background check, drug, physical and TB tests.
• Must pass search of abuse registry (child and adult).
• Must have active Driver's License to become eligible driver.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision to Direct Juvenile Support Workers and Coaches.
• Maintain proper staff-to-student ratio and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Make critical decisions during emergencies and coordinate with Unit Managers.
