Job summary

Rite of Passage Team at AJATC in Bryant, AR is hiring a Group Supervisor to lead Direct Juvenile Support Workers and Coach Counselors. You will supervise staff on the units, ensure schedules and staff-to-student ratios, and participate in program elements.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year working with at-risk youth, supervisory experience, and the ability to pass background checks and driver requirements. The schedule is 4 days on/3 off with 12-hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with at-risk youth is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Criminal background check, drug, TB test and abuse registry checks are required.
• Must have or be able to obtain an active Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead Direct Juvenile Support Workers and Coach Counselors.
• Supervise staff on units, Education, and other ROP activities.
• Maintain proper staff-to-student ratios and sequence adherence to schedules.
• Make critical decisions during emergencies and conduct crisis intervention sessions.
• Model professional behavior and represent ROP programming to youth.
