Rite of Passage Team in Bryant, AR is hiring a Direct Juvenile Support Worker for the Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC). You will support youth safety, personal and health needs, and participate in education and recreation.

The 4/3 schedule runs days 7am–8pm with $17.75–$18.82 per hour based on education and experience; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k match, and PTO.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB tests.
• Pass a search of the child and adult abuse registries.
• Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver (valid license).

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-person safety and security around-the-clock for youth.
• Meet physical, personal, and health needs through mentoring and skill development.
• Monitor and document behaviors and activities; support educational, social, athletic, and recreational programs.
• Collaborate with staff to meet each youth's treatment plan on the Intake & Assessment Unit.
