Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Worcester, MA is seeking a Youth Program Coordinator to co-lead Transformations and GPS programs for middle school girls. This role focuses on creating a safe, engaging space where participants build confidence, leadership, and healthy relationships.

You will recruit participants, track attendance, adapt curricula, plan activities, and coordinate field trips, while partnering with families and ensuring logistical support.

Qualifications

• Public speaking, facilitation, training, and strong organizational skills required.
• Experience working with youth or young adults preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit middle school girls for programs.
• Create and maintain individual files for intake and assessment.
• Monitor and track student attendance and participation.
• Collect data, create spreadsheets and conduct pre/post surveys.
• Adapt and implement curriculum for Transformations and GPS.
• Plan and facilitate activities focusing on gender stereotypes, boundaries, socialization.
• Foster relationships with families to support youth development.
• Provide case management to program participants.
• Assist in coordinating field trips and transporting girls.
• Assist with planning activities and purchasing supplies as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
