Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a dedicated program coordinator to collaborate with school districts in Tucson, delivering evidence-based youth curricula and career readiness support. You will build school partnerships, run workshops, and assist staff with relationship education initiatives within grant guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and ability to travel countywide. Evening/weekend hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with high school aged youth preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule evidence-based curriculum workshops for youth in grades 9–12.
• Build partnerships with high schools to promote program awareness.
• Deliver program activities including peer groups and curriculum.
• Provide job and career readiness support, including financial literacy.
• Train school staff to support youth in relationship education.
• Coordinate, facilitate and attend peer group meetings with schools.
• Assist in the development and dissemination of Health Relationship toolkit and outreach campaigns.
• Represent AZYP at public events to promote prevention efforts.
