Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta is seeking a Program Director in Lawrenceville, GA to lead daily clubhouse operations, ensure safe and engaging programs for youth aged 6 to 18, and supervise staff and volunteers. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or substituted with relevant experience
6+ years of professional experience in Youth Development, Education, or related field
Flexibility to work clubhouse hours and seasons vary
Demonstrated ability to train, orient and recognize staff, volunteers and outside resources
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills; proficient with MS Office

Responsibilities

Oversee daily clubhouse operations and ensure safety and high-quality programming for ages 6–18
Supervise and develop part-time staff and program volunteers
Plan and evaluate program activities across arts, education, recreation, health, and computer centers
Manage program schedules, outreach, and marketing to engage club members
Monitor program outcomes, document measures, and report on progress and impact
Collaborate with Executive Director on community relations, budget planning, and crisis response
