Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human services, counseling, psychology or related field.
• Experience working with youth or young adults required.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit middle school girls for programs.
• Create and maintain intake and assessment files.
• Monitor and track student attendance and participation in programming.
• Collect data, create spreadsheets and conduct pre/post surveys.
• Adapt and implement curriculum for Transformations and GPS programs.
• Plan and facilitate activities addressing gender stereotypes and character development.
• Foster collaborative relationships with families and community.
• Provide case management to program participants.
• Assist in coordinating field trips and transportation.
• Assist with planning and running activities for other youth programs.
• Purchase food and program supplies.
• Perform other duties as requested.
