Job summary

Areté Education is seeking a Program Coordinator to carry out administrative services for Areté Education Youth Programs, planning, organizing, and directing execution of program activities, events, and special projects.

The role includes creating staff and student schedules, overseeing attendance, preparing progress reports, maintaining curriculum files, and coordinating with program teams to deliver high-quality summer programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Create staff and student schedules; update weekly as needed.
• Oversee attendance procedures; support daily reporting to Program Director.
• Develop weekly progress reports for the Program Director on attendance and staff performance.
• Organize and maintain curriculum binders and digital files.
• Add daily photo and video posts to Areté social media accounts.
• Represent Areté Education and Partner schools professionally and uphold conduct standards.
• Identify needs and facilitate high-quality summer program activities.
• Collaborate with other program teams across the organization.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned projects within budget and timelines.
• Assist with planning functions for special projects.
• Act as liaison with program staff and leadership team.
• Attend weekly summer program activities, events, and staff meetings.
• Participate in weekly performance meetings with supervisor.
• Demonstrate exceptional service, communication, and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
• Conduct family outreach to support enrollment and attendance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
