United Activities Unlimited, Inc. in Staten Island is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to oversee and organize activities supporting youth and community initiatives.

This in-person role reports to the Program Director and Assistant Program Director, ensuring safe operations and quality programming. The position requires 1+ year experience with youth, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with families and staff while maintaining records and attendance.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; High School diploma or GED/Highschool Equivalency required.
• Matriculated college student or better from an accredited university or college, preferred.
• 1+ year experience working with children and at risk youth 13–18 years old, preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass reference checks and background checks as designated by DOH, DYCD and UA.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to staff and participants to ensure safety and ratio protocols are met.
• Maintain participant files and records; assist with data entry as directed.
• Maintain accurate attendance records daily per DYCD requirements.
• Assist with participant arrivals and dismissals as needed.
• Communicate with participants and families as required.
• Lead or assist in outreach and program delivery to engage participants and families.
