Responsibilities

Provide oversight to staff and participants to ensure safety and ratio protocols are met.
Maintain participant files and records and assist with data entry.
Assist with participant arrival and dismissal, as needed.
Communicate with participants and families as required.
Lead and/or assist in development and implementation of curriculum plans.
Create a safe and productive learning environment for youth.
