Job summary

Boys & Girls Club Of the Northern Plains is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to inspire youth and coordinate programs in Milbank. The role involves planning, leading, and evaluating programs that promote academic success and healthy lifestyles, while also supervising staff and ensuring a safe club environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in youth services, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to the club's mission. This full-time, exempt position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000–$55,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or three years of equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with youth-serving organizations.
• Demonstrated experience working with youth from preschool through 12th grade.
• Supervisory experience preferred, ideally in a youth-serving or nonprofit environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee high-quality programs addressing Academic Success, Good Character & Leadership, and Healthy Lifestyles.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate assigned direct reports.
• Establish an environment that ensures health and safety.
• Promote the Club during community events.
