Job summary

Boys and Girls Club of the Northern Plains in Yankton seeks a Program Coordinator to plan, lead, and evaluate youth programming for 1st through 5th graders, supervise staff, and support daily Club operations. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or 3 years related experience; at least 1 year with youth;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with youth-serving organizations.
• Experience with youth in 1st–5th grade.
• Supervisory experience preferred in nonprofit setting.
• Strong leadership with coaching and mentoring skills.
• Positive, solutions-oriented outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Understanding of youth development and behavior management.
• Ability to provide immediate and reflective feedback.
