Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or three years equivalent experience in youth services preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with youth services organizations.
• Understanding and application of behavior management and related modalities.
• Ability to provide leadership, feedback, and supervision to staff.

Responsibilities

• Approve program plans including specialized and night programming.
• Ensure high quality, fun, and engaging programming.
• Evaluate programs and report findings with corrective actions.
• Communicate with Elementary Director on operations and updates.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate direct reports.
• Manage budget and grant requirements.
• Coordinate membership outreach and collaboration with community partners.
