Job summary

Friends of the Children Austin is seeking a Program Associate to support program administration, data management, and operations. The role collaborates with the Senior Program Manager to improve processes and maintain youth enrollment records, reports, and school access documentation.

The ideal candidate has office experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a nonprofit environment, primarily based in our Austin office.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of administrative support experience.
• Experience with data entry and reporting with high accuracy.
• Event planning and office management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administrative processes for the program.
• Coordinate meetings, materials, setup, and follow-up.
• Maintain youth enrollment paperwork and data reporting.
• Support family engagement events and partner coordination.
• Maintain files, media folders, and administrative supplies.
