Qualifikationen

• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
• 18+ years old; high school diploma or in progress by end of current school year.
• Experience with children K-5 is preferred.
• Flexible to meet changing work needs and schedules.
• Ability to lead fitness activities and supervise sports.
• Ability to organize activities and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to engage a range of age groups.
• Availability Monday–Friday 2:30–6:15 PM, start time flexible.

Aufgaben

• Plan and lead activities in arts, STEM/STEAM, reading, and fitness.
• Assist with homework and academic enrichment.
• Prepare learning environments and materials for in-person and virtual settings.
• Maintain a clean classroom and organize common areas.
• Ensure safety and supervision of participants.
• Promote inclusive, welcoming environment and positive role modeling.
• Document program activities and outcomes.
