Job summary

University of Nevada, Reno is seeking a 4-H Youth Development Program Coordinator to oversee program operations, events and partnerships. You will manage documentation, data collection and evaluation to improve program impact.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, community partners, and youth participants, while supporting budget monitoring and special projects throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years of related work experience or a Master’s with one year of related work experience.
• Experience in program coordination, management, or a similar role.
• Experience in positive youth development or a related field.
• Requires Nevada driver’s license within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight and support for program operations, including events and documentation.
• Serve as primary contact, coordinating communication among stakeholders, participants and leadership.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate recruitment, orientations, meetings and special events.
• Collect and analyze program data, prepare reports and make improvement recommendations.
