Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as education or human services, and at least two years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Valid N.H. driver’s license or other effective personal transportation means.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the growth of the Merrimack County 4-H program
  • Coordinate and mobilize volunteers for community engagement activities
  • Serve as a county office administrator (COA) when appropriate
  • Track program enrollment and effectiveness
