Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience planning, coordinating, or marketing events through studies, work, or activities.
• Ability to conceptualize engaging event ideas for a diverse student body.

• Commitment to inclusion and accessibility in event programming.

Responsibilities

• Plan Department events and initiatives.
• Attend Department of Event Programming meetings.
• Mentor and educate Event Programming Intern(s).
• Serve as liaisons to other ASUN departments and assist with inquiries.
• Use data to guide future program planning.
• Attend ASUN retreats and trainings.
• Upload documents to NevadaBox within two weeks of events.
