The University of Nevada, Reno seeks an Undergraduate Research Coordinator to support and expand undergraduate research opportunities across the institution. Reporting to the Director of Undergraduate Research, this position administers undergraduate research funding programs, coordinates applications and award processes, supports program assessment and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of related work experience OR Master's Degree and one (1) year of related work experience.
• Experience coordinating academic, student success, research, fellowship, scholarship, or grant-funded programs.
• Experience developing and delivering workshops, presentations, or training programs.
• Experience working collaboratively with faculty, students, and administrative stakeholders in a higher education environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer undergraduate research funding programs.
• Coordinate application and award processes for undergrad research.
• Support program assessment and continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop and deliver student-focused workshops and professional development opportunities.
• Coordinate campus-wide events including the Wolf Pack Discoveries Poster Symposium.
