Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services required.
• Experience engaging youth and families in group and community settings preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 15–20 participants as directed by supervisor.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload of approximately 15–20 participants.
• Organize and facilitate group sessions within schools and community settings.
• Conduct group intakes and ensure accurate participant documentation.
• Plan and execute program-hosted activities and family engagement events.
• Collaborate with community partners to strengthen outreach and support.
• Provide backup crisis response assistance as needed.
• Participate in peer observations to support quality improvement.
• Represent the program at community events and collect youth satisfaction feedback.
