Aunt Martha's Health and Wellness is seeking a Program Assistant in Park Forest, IL. The role provides administrative and programmatic support to the HealthWorks department, including scheduling, reporting, and data entry.

You will manage invoices, communications, and client/provider data, coordinate staff meetings, draft materials, and ensure timely funder reports, with strong organization and multitasking required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HealthWorks department.
• Schedule meetings and prepare reports; maintain records.
• Draft communications and process invoices; data entry and reconciliation.
• Coordinate reception duties and answer inquiries; manage correspondence.
• Enter client and provider information into HealthWorks and SACWIS databases.
