Aunt Martha’s Health & Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Youth Engagement Specialist in Joliet, IL. The role manages a caseload of youth, provides individual sessions, crisis response, and collaboration with community partners to support program goals.

The position emphasizes strengths-based service delivery, accurate documentation, and outcome tracking to ensure youth voice is reflected in service delivery and program improvement through peer observation and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/BSW) required with human services focus.
• Experience with at‑risk youth preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret case notes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload of 15–20 participants.
• Respond to crisis calls and provide on-site crisis support.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with youth participants.
• Document participant progress and session outcomes.
• Collaborate with community partners to support youth engagement.
• Collect and review Youth Satisfaction Surveys.
