Qualifications
A minimum of four years of demonstrated successful experience in a supervisory position providing services to youth.
Experience with DYCD funded programs is a plus.
School‑Age Child Care (SACC) license desirable.
Responsibilities
Establish goals for the Center and oversee all programs and operations.
Ensure compliance with Agency policies and prepare financial reports.
Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff and volunteers.
Skills
Leadership skills in conflict intervention
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Supervision of multiple staff
Education
Bachelor's degree in Child Development or related field
