Qualifications

• A minimum of four years of demonstrated successful experience in a supervisory position providing services to youth.
• Experience with DYCD funded programs is a plus.
• School‑Age Child Care (SACC) license desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals for the Center and oversee all programs and operations.
• Ensure compliance with Agency policies and prepare financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff and volunteers.

Skills

Leadership skills in conflict intervention

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Supervision of multiple staff

Education

Bachelor's degree in Child Development or related field
