The Salvation Army Kalispell Corps in Kalispell, MT, seeks a part-time Youth Program Assistant to support the Corps Officer in running SAY Club youth activities. You will transport children, prepare rooms, supervise during programs, and help with meals and safety protocols.

This role requires a high school diploma, ability to work with children of diverse backgrounds, a Montana driver's license, and a commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of children, staff & community partners.
• Must pass Montana motor vehicle check and have a valid MT driver’s license.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise children during SAY Club programs.
• Set up chapel, gymnasium, and classrooms for youth programs.
• Transport youth to and from programs and summer camp.
• Communicate with parents regarding programs and attendance.
• Maintain sanitary conditions of youth program areas.
