Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of previous experience working with children and youth preferred.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• May participate in special programs and/or events.
• Assist in the conservation of Salvation Army resources.
• Abide by and enforce Salvation Army policies and procedures.
• Be willing to assist in any way asked to fulfill the mission of The Salvation Army.
• Assist in maintaining facility and equipment in good working order, and report repairs to the supervisor.
• Create an environment that facilitates Youth Development Outcomes.
• Effectively implement and administer programs, services, and activities for Club members.
• Monitor and evaluate programs to ensure safety and quality, and prepare activity reports.
• Assist with outreach to sustain and increase program membership.
