Job summary

Yellowstone Boys & Girls Ranch (YBGR) seeks Program Therapists to join an interdisciplinary care team serving Montana youth with emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric challenges. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy in school, community, and home settings, including telehealth.

Starting salary is set on an 11-step pay scale, with ranges shown for licensure; the position emphasizes collaboration with treatment teams, families, and funding agencies to deliver

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar field from an accredited university (60 Credit Hour Program).
• Professional license options include Montana SWLC/PCLC/MFLC or Montana LCSW/LCPC/MFLT.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy to youth in school, community and home settings.
• Develop treatment plans and conduct psychosocial assessments.
• Engage with parents/guardians and youth; support telehealth as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation meeting PQI standards.
• Collaborate with treatment team and community partners to coordinate services.
