Job summary

Yellowstone Boys & Girls Ranch, Billings, MT, is seeking Program Therapists to join an interdisciplinary care team serving youth with emotional, behavioral and psychiatric challenges. You will conduct assessments and develop treatment plans, delivering individual, group and family therapy in school, community and home settings, including telehealth.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, valid Montana licenses, and the ability to navigate

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current Montana SWLC, PCLC, MFLC, LCSW, LCPC, or MFLT license.
• Criminal/Child Abuse background clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy to youth in school/community/home settings.
• Develop assessments and treatment plans for diverse diagnoses.
• Engage with schools, guardians, and community partners.
• Maintain PQI standards and accurate clinical documentation.
