Job summary

Yellowstone Boys & Girls Ranch is seeking a Program Therapist to join the interdisciplinary care team for youth with emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric challenges. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy across school, community, and home settings.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling, Montana license eligibility, and the ability to work in person or via telehealth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or similar field.
• Must pass criminal record and child abuse registry background check as required by Montana.
• License: Program Therapist 1/2 or LCSW/LCPC/MFLT as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy for youth in various settings.
• Conduct mental health clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Engage with parents/guardians and coordinate with schools and community agencies.
• Work in person and via telehealth; maintain PQI standards and accurate documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of Montana Medicaid and YBGR licensure rules.
