Job summary

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch is seeking Program Therapists to join an interdisciplinary care team serving youth with emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric challenges. You will provide individual, group and family therapy, and develop treatment plans based on multiple diagnoses.

This role involves collaborating with funding agencies and complying with contract requirements and state/federal guidelines. Starting salary is defined by an 11-step pay schedule; the biweekly ranges indicate

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar field from an accredited university.
• Criminal/Child Abuse clearance required by Montana law.
• Professional license: Program Therapist 1 or 2 ( Montana SWLC/PCLC/MFLC or LCSW/LCPC/MFLT).
• License to operate a passenger vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy, and mental health clinical assessments for youth in school, community, or home settings.
• Develop treatment plans and ensure PQI standards per CBS Administrators.
• Engage with parents/guardians/caregivers and coordinate with treatment teams.
• Participate in meetings, CST/IEP, and coordinate services with community agencies.
• Maintain knowledge of Montana Medicaid and YBGR licensure rules.
